Where are you based?
We’re a Manchester based online eyewear store with our own in-house lab. Every order is handled and quality-checked by us to ensure a high standard from start to finish.
Why are your prices so affordable?
We keep costs low by operating online and cutting out high street overheads. You still get quality frames and lenses—just without the inflated price tag.
How does it work?
Browse through our collections and choose your frames. You will then have the option of customising your frames with our lens selections. If you would prefer to go with the standard 'Single Vision' lenses, they will be included in your frames at no extra cost.
How long does it take?
We understand you will be excited to receive your new glasses, so we aim to have your order processed as soon as possible. If you have provided all the required information, your new glasses should arrive within 3–5 business days. Special order lenses (including varifocal, bifocal, Transitions®, etc.) may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched.
What is your 'Reglazing' service?
Our reglaze service allows you to keep your existing frames and replace the lenses with a new prescription—saving you money while keeping your favourite pair.
Are your licensed & designer frames genuine?
Of course! We can guarantee that we only stock genuine items. All of our frames are 100% brand new and genuine-they come to us direct from licensed suppliers.
Why do kids frames not come with lenses?
UK law dictates that prescription glasses cannot be dispensed to under-16s online. A qualified dispenser must take extra measurements in person to ensure the glasses fit the child safely and comfortably.
Please do not upload a prescription when purchasing kids frames, as we are unable to access them.
What Are CR-39 Lenses?
Most standard prescription glasses use a material called CR-39.
Despite being referred to as “plastic lenses”, CR-39 is an optical-grade material specifically designed for clarity and everyday comfort.
It’s widely used across the optical industry-including many high street opticians because it offers excellent visual clarity, lightweight comfort, and reliable performance for everyday wear.
Are your lenses plastic or glass?
Our lenses are made from high-quality optical CR-39 plastic, not glass. Plastic lenses are lighter, safer, and more impact-resistant, which is why they are the industry standard for everyday eyewear.
Glass lenses can be supplied on request. If you’re interested, just get in touch with us before ordering.
Do your lenses come with a warranty?
Yes. Our lenses come with a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
What if I change my mind?
We are confident that you will love your new glasses just as much as we do, but if for any reason you change your mind, just send them back within 14 days, and we will be happy to provide a full refund. Personalised/engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can I buy the frame only without prescription lenses?
Yes-absolutely. If you don’t need prescription lenses, simply place your order as normal and do not upload a prescription at checkout. You can also leave a note saying “frame only” if you’d like extra reassurance.
I want to add my child’s name using your customisation service. Where will it be placed? Will it be visible?
For safety and discretion, the name is engraved on the inside of the temple. It is not visible to others when worn and is designed to be subtle.
Can you add prescription lenses to my Viture Luma / Viture Pro glasses?
Yes-Simply choose our Reglaze Only service, send us your frames, and upload your prescription at checkout. Our in-house lab will take care of the rest.
