Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. If all required information is provided, most orders arrive within 3–5 working days from the date of order.

Processing Times

Prescription and custom lens orders may take longer depending on lens type and availability. Special order lenses (including varifocal, bifocal, Transitions®, etc.) may take up to 14 working days to be dispatched.

Delivery Method

We primarily use Royal Mail tracked services, although alternative couriers may be used where necessary to ensure faster delivery.
