Reglazing your glasses is cost-effective, and also better for the environment. Once you place your order, we’ll contact you with the address to post your frame to. Please make sure it’s packaged securely — we recommend using tracked delivery.
Please note: Although breakages are extremely rare, Sapphire Optics cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your frame while in transit or during the reglazing process. This service is carried out at your own risk. We also cannot be held responsible if your frame is lost or delayed by the courier.
We highly recommend using tracked delivery and securing your frame with protective packaging before posting. Our team will always aim to reglaze your frame to the highest possible standard, or offer a similar replacement if your frame is unsuitable.
