I’ve never bought glasses online before. Do I need anything special?
No-all you need is a valid prescription from your optician. Simply upload it when placing your order and we’ll prepare your lenses in our lab.

I need an eye test. Can I book one with you?
No, we don’t offer eye tests. You’ll need to visit your local optician for an eye examination first. Once you have your prescription, you can send it to us and we’ll prepare your glasses.

If I’m getting an eye test elsewhere, why would I buy glasses online?
Quite simply-it’s much cheaper. Online stores like ours don’t have the same overheads as high street opticians, which means we can offer glasses at a fraction of the price. We also offer a wide range of frames and a straightforward ordering process without the pressure of in-store upselling.

I don’t know how to check my PD. Can you help?
Yes. If your PD (pupillary distance) isn’t listed on your prescription, don’t worry-we have a simple guide that shows you how to measure it at home.

Do your glasses come with a case?
Yes. All of our glasses come with a protective case and a soft cleaning cloth to help keep your lenses safe and clean.

Will you send my old lenses back?
Of course. Whenever we reglaze a customer’s glasses, we always return the original lenses with the order. They’ll be packed safely and sent back along with your newly glazed glasses. This gives you peace of mind.
